We are a family business with strong core values and are currently recruiting for site managers with varying levels of experience to join our team. Our sites are predominantly based in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
As part of our operations team, you will manage construction projects up to £4.5m, reporting directly to our Operations Manager. You will have responsibility for managing the entirety of the contract, to the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. The role will be mainly managing internal partitions, 1st fix/2nd fix, suspended ceilings and SFS.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall site management of individual commercial/residential drylining/SFS construction projects in a sub-contractor capacity from start to finish.
- Maintain strong lines of communication with our clients, senior management, site fixers/apprentices, suppliers and commercial teams disseminating relevant information to all parties.
- Responsible for all Health & Safety matters on-site, ensuring the site is maintained to the highest possible level, review and approve risk assessments and method statements, carry out weekly site safety and toolbox talks on relevant safety issues.
- Direct and drive project resources against agreed programs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Actively participate and attend regular site progress meetings, handover meetings, and safety/logistic meetings with client, recording all key discussions.
- Weekly responsibilities include completing Site diaries, progress reports, site teams wages, first aid, and Fire Marshall duties, Ordering Materials, and all other relevant site correspondence.
- Responsible for ensuring all site instruction/variations are documented at site level.
Qualifications / Educational / Skills Requirement
- Site Management CSCS card (Black Card).
- SMSTS qualified.
- First Aid at Work.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Site
- Manager or Experienced Site Supervisor within the Construction Industry. Ideally, candidates who have previous experience with drylining.
- Technical experience and knowledge of Drywall and SFS construction.
- The candidate must be fully focused, driven and be able to use their initiative.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of Office 365 including excel, word, and outlook.
- Excellent IT and analytical skills required.
- Driving Licence Required
